The accounting firm EPIDOSIS-SOFIA with headquarters in Sofia and offices in Greece, Cyprus and Poland is looking to appoint a full-time Customer Care Agent for the office in Sofia.

What to expect

• Resolving customer queries (in and out of the office )

• Answering queries matching your language skills ( in banks, tax institutions, migration, notaries)

• Close co-operation with the external Customer Care Center

• Liaising with other departments and external partners

• Create and update communication templates

• Documentation of resolved queries in our systems

To be successful you need to have

• Relevant professional experience in similar position or without experience but willing to learn and to work

• Very good knowledge of MS-Office

• Knowledge in Greek language would be benefit

• Native/excellent skills in at least one of the following languages – Bulgarian / English

• Developed organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic and multinational environment

• Customer- and service-oriented personality

• Professional manner

• Independent, collaborative, and pro-active working style

• A good team player, who works well under pressure

• Hands-on mentality and an international mindset

The accounting firm EPIDOSIS-SOFIA with headquarters in Sofia and offices in Greece, Cyprus and Poland is looking to appoint a full-time Office Secretary for the office in Sofia

Necessary knowledge and skills for the position:

• Proven experience as an office secretary

• Higher education in business administration, economics or marketing

• Excellent command of English language (At least B2 (written / oral )), knowledges in Greek language will be an advantage

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Correctness and speed when using (the above) programs.

• Developed organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic and multinational environment

• Telephone skills (combined answering of several telephone lines)

• Ability to organize files - digitization of documents - electronic management of corporate emails
